Loved every part of the hotel. The staff the room, the food was to die for. Best hotel experience of our lives

The hotel is in a wonderful position overlooking a small beach and a short walk from the beaches in Portals. There are plenty of restaurants nearby but the food in the hotel is excellent with a really good selection of quality wines. The hotel itself is extremely stylish. The aircon is so quiet and discreet. Some members of staff were absolutely outstanding including Rosa on the front desk, Robert at the wellness/pool bar and most of the restaurant staff. The Cuban barman made the best Porn Star Martinis I’ve ever tasted! The bed was extremely comfortable with the most luxurious sheets I’ve ever encountered.

The hotel was beautiful and our room with a beach view was wonderful. The staff made us feel very welcome and our glass of Champagne as we arrived was a very nice touch.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. Breakfast was amazing —5*. Very high standard of food selection Hotel across from a little beach and very close to other restaurants within walking distance. Great location

A good breakfast. there were no berries, strawberries, raspberries etc. Melon seemed a bit too ripe.

Breakfast was amazing, everything included including ale cart, prosecco and cold meats galore. Highlight for sure and the staff were all so welcoming and even upgraded our room upon learning it was our honeymoon. The happy hour was great too with a free drink provided to patrons to kick it off.

The location of the hotel is incredible, right in front of you is a quiet private style beach but you can walk around to a little beach club or to peurto portals. The beachfront bar is fabulous and the rooms are modern and light.

Amazing breakfast with lots of choice of healthy options. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
